Cancellation Policy
Please be advised of our cancellation policy. We require a 24 hour notice when cancelling any appointments, if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of your scheduled service. In the case that you should ‘No Show’ an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you have missed. Our cancellation policy will be looked at as a case by case protocol. Please note that I do understand emergencies & unforeseen circumstances may arise. I kindly ask that you notify me as soon as possible so I can best accommodate you & other clients swiftly. Thank you!
